Good Questions for a Whole Saler

Hey Everybody.  This is my first post to the forums.  I am pretty new to Real Estate Investing (only have 1 rental property) but am looking to ramp it up over the next year and want to get another by the end of this year.  I have a meeting with a whole saler tomorrow.  What questions should I be asking to see if I want to work with them?

Also, what questions should I be prepared to ask to come across as a reputable person that they should want to work with?

Thanks in advance!

It depends on what you're looking for @Adam Mraz. I would be honest with them and as specific if possible. Are you looking for more rental properties? If so, what are your criteria? Lay that out for them so they know what deals to find you. If they bring you a deal that meets your criteria, be prepared to act on it so you don't damage your credibility with that wholesaler. Also, I would suggest that if the numbers work for you, don't be concerned with what that person is making. They found and got you the deal you wanted.
