Corporate Rentals in Phoenix
I am considering a small SFR as a corporate rental in the Phoenix area and was wondering if anyone else has had success with this strategy?
I haven't tried the strategy myself, but I can certainly help you identify the areas that would be the biggest draw for corporate housing!

If you don’t mind me asking, what strategies have you tried in the area?
I would be curious to explore the corporate draw in the area...seems like a lot of new business moving I to the area, but not sure on the number of out-of-town workers.
@Adam Treece: there are a lot of big tech employers in Chandler. I don't have stats in their out of town workers, but I have noticed extended stay hotels in the area. A nice STR in the area would be a good alternative.
