Trustee Sales in Palm Springs Ca

I've been researching auctions and found Trustee Sales

for as little as $5,000 on condos and SFR with values

up to 155,000...not sure what is involved will

the mortgages still be due?

@Pauline Jones - you should expect to find things that are on RealtyTrac that no longer appear to be "active" foreclosures on PropertyRadar. The reason is that we remove properties after they are cancelled, where they do not track that. If you find a property in RealtyTrac that isn't appearing as a foreclosure in PropertyRadar, do a quick search for that address in PropertyRadar (magnifying glass in upper right), then scroll down and review the foreclosure history. There you will see why we removed it from our list of "active" foreclosures. If that doesn't answer it for you, feel free to check with our support team and they'll check it and let you know.
