Comprehensive spreadsheet for rehab cost estimates

It's tough to find files in the forms section here. Anyone have a comprehensive spreadsheet for estimating rehab costs? I'm doing an initial inspection tomorrow and would like to track repairs and start the budget as I walk through.

@Corby Goade in the upper-right of your screen there is a magnifying glass. Click on that and enter a search for "rehab spreadsheet" and you'll get links to a lot of rehab info including books, spreadsheets, forum discussions, etc.
