Single family home in the Village, OK.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Location and cash flow.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Converted this from my residence to a investment property.

How did you finance this deal?

Conventional 30 year loan. 20% down.

How did you add value to the deal?

Interior and exterior renovations, added storm shelter, and new appliances.
