Completely renovated. All new with a lot of character. New roof, windows, kitchen cabinets, tile, carpet, appliances, blacktop driveway, garage door, and paint (interior and exterior). Beautiful 3 Bdrm, 1 Full Bath, in Westwood; walking distance to Our Lady of Lourdes School and Church.

Surprise under 2 layers of shingles had to re-sheet roof Winter weather and contractor delays
