Hi, I’m getting to start in Fix & Flip investment in Bakersfield. Can someone recommend how to find a wholesaler or investor for deals?

The two best ways I can think of are:

1 - Call the number on "I buy houses"" bandit signs.  Let them know that you would like to be added to their buyer list.

2 - Go to local meetups (most are on zoom right now due to covid).
