Do bandit signs work in SoCal?

I want to market for motivational sellers but everyone and their mom has "we buy houses" and I feel most people even motivated sellers think it's a gimmick/scam. Also, in our current market why wouldn't they just call an agent? There has to be a better way? If not, please explain.

@Robert Rascon it is a better way my friend. It's called getting a website center around your local real estate market and target those online who are looking to buy and sell real estate. Do keyword research and build what we call is your online presence to get notice by the thousands of leads online. This is what you do beside using bandit signs.

@Robert Rascon two thoughts 1) it's not easy 2) there are many ways to locate motivated sellers. Do some reading here, there are many pod casts, blog posts and forum posts about that topic. The search feature in the upper right hand corner is how you search the site for various topics.

You can be sure of this. If bandit signs did not work, there would be no bandit signs.

Some of the other popular/fruitful means of locating motivated sellers include direct mail (there are numerous strategies here with lists and etc), driving for dollars, door knocking, networking etc.

Do some learning and find the model that fits you.
