Cannot see any information on my BPCON 21 tickets/reservation

Hi there BPCON 2021 attendees,

I've gotten a bit anxious as the time nears closer about my BPCON tickets/reservation. I do not see anything on my BP profile about it. Besides what I've seen in my personal email, shouldn't I see something on my tickets here in the site? I haven't gotten any email updates about the event either. Can anyone clarify this? Thank you.
