Right Location for New Construction in Broward county

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to build my own house in Broward or Palm Beach county, however I have one big question to answer.
Should I pick areas with good school system such as Weston or areas close to the beach such as Fortlaurdale or Delray? Which one will make more equity in short run and also make it easier to sell?

School System vs Closeness  to the beach?

Agree with David. It all depends on Location and what you’re looking for. Loxahatchee area is not ideal for rental but great for selling. Anything East of I95 depends on the neighborhoods and how close you are to the beach and both would be great for rentals and selling!
