Tariff Impact on Real Estate Trend

I think there are too many factors. Short term - new construction cost and thus new home price to go higher, possibly higher mortgage rate are coming. If this pushes for recession not sure how much that will impact price and more importantly supply & demand.  

What do you guys think?

 I think the opposite, I think rates are gonna go down and that is the intent (note not supporting a party just stating my opninion). With the US having to refinannce what $9T of debt this year, doing it at rates that are even 1% lower would save $90B a year.... Maybe playing with fire to crash the economy short term but will it have long term benefits  - who knows. I think we are also already in a recession and you will see home prices starting to soften.
