Right of First Refusal void because the property affected is ambigious
While the decision doesn't comment on whether the lease was prepared by an attorney or not, it sounds like it was probably a kitchen table (or more likely bar top considering the parties) drafted document and made me think of those who believe, lawyer, we don't need no stinken lawyer.
