Does any one have any advice for someone just starting out?

Posted

Hello, my name is Abigail. I am brand spanking new here, and I am wanting to get started with wholesaling. I must admit, the process does seem a tad confusing to me, but I am eager to learn more! I am located in North Carolina, near the Burlington/ Greensboro area. I know that per the community guidelines I cannot ask for a mentor, but if anyone has just general advice for someone starting out, that would be very helpful and appreciated!

Hi and welcome! In the state of AR, wholesaling is illegal for agents to do now and our brokers are asking us to report it. Of course this is probably different where you are. Definitely recommend being familiar with the local laws and regulations already in place or not to prevent complications later on. Best of luck, this is an awesome industry!
