Check out Northwest Arkansas. 6 Fortune 500 companies in a small area with an SEC University. The cost of living here is inexpensive.

@Dan Maciejewski I was wondering the same thing. If there is a listing agreement in place, the contracts would prevent true wholesaling right? Wholesaling is illegal in AR for realtors to be involved with at all, and our brokers are telling us to report anyone who attempts it. Curious about how this is working @Adriel Cisneros

Hi! While I understand the annoyance of cold calls, from an agent perspective, we're often hunting and working super hard for buyers. It's proven beneficial to a lot of property owners to engage in relationships with agents who have an active pulse on the market. It's too much for one person to be able to manage and be in the know about everything outside of your own properties. So you're not wanting to sell- ok! great. When you are- we have buyers ready to pay premium prices and we also might know of other sellers ready to ditch out of the game, which could mean more opportunities for you. Just sharing perspective here!

Hi and welcome! In the state of AR, wholesaling is illegal for agents to do now and our brokers are asking us to report it. Of course this is probably different where you are. Definitely recommend being familiar with the local laws and regulations already in place or not to prevent complications later on. Best of luck, this is an awesome industry!
