Automated Prospecting Ideas

Hello! So our company is looking to go after off market deals starting this year. We flip 20+ houses a year and have been using the MLS and wholesalers but have set some allocations aside to do our own marketing this year. Looking to see what automated marketing tools are out there that are legal. Through research I've learned that mass texting and RVM is illegal from a skip traced list that hasn't consented. What other ways are you connecting if off -market sellers?

Right now we have a website and are spending $1,500 a month on PPC. Interested in mailers, email marketing, anything that can get our phones to ring. I'm also willing to cold call if I can find a system that allows me to do so efficiently. Any thoughts or advice is much appreciated!!

PPC and Cold Calling.  Cold calling always works, but it's a numbers game, so you have to have someone or multiple people making a LOT of phone calls for you.  I'm happy to network and talk.
