Is everyone still having good results with SMS with all the changing compliance issues?

If so, which platform seems to have best delivery results?

I get lots of SMSs for properties I haven't owned in years.

My favorite thing to do when I get SMS solicitation is to tell them I'm ready to sell and to call me.  I ask them to call me at the phone number of the person that sent me an SMS just before them.
