How to approach a wholesaler as a new bird dog?
Hello, I'm currently looking to learn about wholesaling real estate and I hear it's best to start as a bird dog. I'm not too sure how to approach them with me being a beginner. I know to ask how will I be paid legally; what kind of properties and what conditions are they looking for?
Does anyone else have any other suggestions?
