Having trouble with buyers list

Hey guys my names Jody Laws, im new here. Im having a little trouble finding buyers iv joined groups on FB tried to make post a status in the group and turn up empty. Any pointers on how to get going, good things to say to even get in the door.

@JoAnn Laws The best way to find real buyers is to have a deal for them to buy. Get out there and talk to some motivated sellers and get a deal under contract. There are a ton of BS wholesalers out there. No one wants to get more spam from guys(or gals) pushing trash “deals”

Go get a hot deal and buyers will show up. Go to REIAs and REI meetups and advertise your deal and buyers will come up to you. Go to foreclosure actions with a flyer for your deal and hand out to the guys bidding on houses. Have a good deal and buyers are easy to find
