Ok first off thank you all for helping me through this journey. Alright so I have gotten my delinquent property tax list and it has already been sorted out Its so many names Im trying to figure out a way where I can drop all the addresses into maybe a direct mailer software or is there a way on excel where I can sort a row by column.

Im trying to organize all the info the best way I can and after that what would you suggest be the best way contacting the owner. This list I have was a first time nest time it wont be sorted, I have heard good things about looking up people on FIVVER but what exactly would the title of the person id be looking for?

Thank You

Ok iv been doing my research and driving for dollars i have a few mailers going out aswell.

I use deal machine and zillow to find leads

Alot of them are owned by Corp., LLCs or banks. My question is will the process be the same as a FSBO, or are there different steps.

Doing this on my own and i cant really find the information im looking for thanks in advance
