Preferred Direct Mail Providers - Yellow Letters

Hello,

I'm wanting to start a direct mail campaign using yellow letters, and am looking for recommendations. I've purchased a list but would like to pay to have the letters printed and mailed. I've come across several providers (Yellow Letters Complete, Yellowletters.com, etc) but am unsure which to go with. Not super price sensitive but also don't want to use the most expensive provider. Any suggestions or recommendations would be appreciated!

Thanks

Conner

Dude..

Why are you sending a yellow letter?

Can you give me your reasoning behind it? Why a handwritten yellow letter?

Hey @Conner Parsons !! I used Yellowletters.com in the past, but it’s been a couple of years. I recommended them recently to a new investor and it did not go well. In short, half their letters weren’t sent out but he was charged full price. He’s getting most of his money back, but he’s lost weeks of leads. I saw another investor post almost the exact same scenario (their letters weren’t sent out). You might want to check out asapletters.com. I have seen their owner post a couple of times. I have not used them though. Good luck!!

Hey Conner, Don't get discouraged about people bashing direct mail, its still viable for lead generation. Check this out below, happy to give you some insight on setting up a mailing campaign. there's buttons at the bottom of this page to some really personalized mail options

Search Yellowletters in these forums before you use them. There should be a lot that comes up. All the latest things I have heard have been very bad. If you are new, I would suggest using a personal letter instead of direct mail postcards. The more personal you can get as a new, local investor, the more likely you will get a call. Everyone is sending out the same postcards to the same list, you want to do something different and try to spark a connection.

@Conner Parsons you can also look at GoBigPrinting.com

What type of list did you get? You should consider how many other investors in your area are sending to the same people. For example, Absentee Owners tend to get a lot of offers.
