Don't waste your time with Wyoming....just because its got favorable laws doesn't mean you can find attorneys to help you...check out Laughlin and Associates out of Reno as a good source to help set up and maintain your LLC/Corp documents...

Probably best to learn how to raise capital so you can use OPM to buy notes....We've got a ton of videos online for you to watch and learn.

And yes, I'm buying NPN's and CFD's all the time each week/month.

@Wayne Snell is a rockstar.  Check out  Adam Adams, Michelle and Rick Hill, Kimberly Banks Fawcett, Robert Woods, Chase Thompson, Scott Dilley, Jay Tenenbaum, and I could give you more names that go on and on.

One of the great things about all of these people is that they are coachable, they have a plan, and they are solely focused on one thing instead of chasing a bunch of shiny squirrels.  We are so proud of what Wayne has accomplished and look forward to his continued success.  It's not hard, but you've got to work your plan.  It's not going to be get rich quick and if anyone tells you that, they are lying.

Well if you ever have the borrower sue you or violate a CFPB rule and come after you (which has happened), since you are doing it in your own name, they can come after your personal assets.

Its asset protection 101....

@Dmitriy Fomichenko no offense but you are putting your own personal assets at risk buying in your own name.  If you are in business, you need to have an entity to protect your ***.

I'd second Brady Durr and contact Laughlin & Associates and discuss with them about what you are trying to do...they are familiar with a lot of my clients who are very active note investors.
