Will members that are currently in Brad Sumrok's multi-family apartment program either passively or the sponsor route please send me a PM. I have attended his events and understand it. I have questions regarding getting into the program.

Anyone soundproof windows successfully without replacing the entire window? Have an apartment building on a busy highway and am looking to reduce traffic noise. 

I invest for cash flow not on anticipation of assumed appreciation. 

@Shanna Zeiset that's a good start by attending the REIA. I've found when the deal is good, the investors take notice and will want to invest.

Network with investors and attend as many events as you can. When I started doing this the investors I met got me headed in the right direction. Being an investor in WV I can tell you that it can be very difficult to flip homes in WV because the margins aren't big enough unless you get the property for extremely cheap. Exceptions to this but Atlanta and Houston would be better for flipping.
