Once again, great idea reaching out to Airb&b owners, but I think there are just way too many rooms in Las Vegas. There are also plans for more hotels (Wynns new tower, Lucky Dragon, Echelon) to open adding to the supply. Also, like George P. said, people would rather stay on the strip to avoid spending on transportation (and now parking, thanks to MGM taking the lead in charging for parking)

I would still reach out to these owners, but maybe hold them as long term rentals.

Hello BP! I'm looking into investing in Menifee, CA (Sun City area to be more specific). I have a potential partner already investing there but I would like to hear what BP members have to say about the area. 

From what I can find, Its been growing pretty fast the past couple of years. Anyone familiar with the area?

I posted a link to an article about our local economy yesterday. It shows some good signs for stable, sustainable growth in my opinion. Personally Im not seeing anything telling me the market will cool down (or that we're in a bubble, soon to pop) soon but would love to hear what other have to say. Here's the link:
