Why do you need a name at all?

I wouldn’t care at all about it. Just easy to identify you if they’re janky.

Aaron Hunt I’ve already bought the White House. I gave our president a great deal on the rent.

Let me guess - it was the greatest lease ever created with the lowest rent ever, and still made you wealthy beyond your imagination!

This forum is about loans or creative financing to get your first deal. Thank you.

Ya bro! How’s that going for ya?

Exactly. It’s not.

Notice how I asked what kind if debt FIRST. If it was medical debt or mortgage debt, you’d be getting more help here.

We know how you live - fiscally irresponsibly.

Why is your debt strapping you down if you’re making close to $100k and don’t have mortgage debt?

Stinks of mismanagement and priorities being all sorts of jacked up.

You don’t need deal help, you need personal finance help.

This just became a lot funnier than I had expected it to. Dying over here!

How did the infamous McRib make its way into this discussion?! I mean it’s absolutely delicious but damn. Haha!

I have a solid job, and I make decent money, and I also have a credit score somewhere above 800. I also know plenty of accredited investors.

This morning, I hop up out my bed, turn my swag on and decided I want to buy the White House.

How do I get my name on the deed?

1. What kind of debt is it?

2. Can you move out of Cali with your job?

3. Why do you have a direct mail campaign? What was the plan here?

4. You already know you don’t have the money. Were you planning to wholesale?

Start with a 4k.

Agree with all you wrote, but the arrow is pointing the wrong way and looking at it is making me break out in hives.

And I think you mean 5k.
