Wow! Years ago I had a loan that was sold to Ocwen. I personally had no issues , however that was years ago and I always made my payments on time.

Good luck

We have recently started a REIC here in Sioux Falls.

I want to make the most of it for the entire group. With that being said, what are things that you like about your local group/club?

How often does yours meet?

Do you have "members" educate others on different topics at each meetings?

What structure is maintained through the meeting?

Does your club charge any membership fees? It doesnt matter to me either way, honestly. I see the benefit of paying a membership fee which gets "skin in the game " and commits people.

I see ERent is $3 per month . I don't want to now assess (sp) my tenant the fee. For future tenants I would be fine with it , as long as they no it upfront.

Has anyone used any rental payment servicing companies such as ERent for collecting rent payments?

If so what has been your experience with them or any one you may use/used.

Doesnt matter what the topic. I am down!

The way I see it is any new information dealing with RE is a benefit to know to be able to use in everyday life. It would just make yourself a more well-rounded investor IMO.

Let me know when :)
