@Colleen Prescott they just want to throw people off investing out of state is great return on your money you see people will travel to go party out in Miami or different countries but they won't invest. You see the problem there don't follow the crowd think out the box so many people invest out of state. I know I do and I am just starting conquer the country you have the whole country to travel around why limit yourself. You will regret later on

Where is the evidence for that ? And to me  doesn't even matter  because I already know  what type of person you are and they are a lot  of successful  real estate  Investors  that are buying  up the hood . You can look up  roof  for all  on Instagram .  It is not  a black owned business  but they sure do have  a lot of  black tenants .  In the hood .  And they are very successful  so miss me with that

@Migeul Obramowitz actually that is not true what you are saying,seems kinda racist to me. There are alot of good working class paying citizens in the hood that have jobs and careers. And there are plenty of investors in the hood.look at harlen now, look at oakland ca, smh. And my advice is get lisa phillips book or check out her poadcast on youtube. But her book is really good .
I am looking for a good team out in kansas city missouri for the long term. Plumber, contractors electricians etc.. The whole package. Any recomendations??
I have a friend who is a contractor my property is in Kansas City and we are in California I have family also in Kansas City. I trust my friend to do a good job should I send him out there to do the work what do you guys think.
