@Mike D'Arrigo its an investment property. I t needs to be rehabbed . the kitchen had some water damage and the rest og the house is solid. I want to do the whole thing including the front and backyard , paint inyerior exterior etc.

@Junior Picanco you are correct! I live in the bay area and i own property out if state. They are scared to think out the box so they will hste on your vision. But they will ve left behind while we climb.
