LMDG has been successfully working with investors for 13 years. We are value-add real estate investors focusing on select coastal properties in Southern California including Orange County and Los Angeles County.

We have been working with investors since our inception nearly 13 years ago and have never missed or been late on an investor payment.

We have investors in 11 states across the US and pay our investors an annual rate of return of 9% with interest paid quarterly. We charge no fees, keeping us completely aligned with our investors.

We are currently seeking a small group of syndication partners for a 4 unit project we currently own and are near renovation completion. Below is a high-level summary of the deal structure. You can also download a project summary HERE for greater detail.

The property will be fully renovated and stabilized in 30-45 days.

  • IRR: 17% - 20%
  • Capital Requirement: 50% - 100%
  • Equity Split: 50% - 70% Partner
  • Term: 2-4 Years
  • Property Location: Long Beach, CA
