The property will be fully renovated and stabilized in 30-45 days.

• IRR: 17% - 20%
• Capital Requirement: 50% - 100%
• Equity Split: 50% - 70% Partner
• Term: 2-4 Years
• Property Location: Long Beach, CA
• 13-year sponsor track record
