This private subdivision houses some of the most sought-after homes in Keller and the development backs up to Westlake. It's got a gorgeous view of a man made lake you can see from the front door. This is in very good condition structurally with all the big ticket items (roof, foundation, HVAC) in good shape. All the cabinetry (including bathroom vanities) are in great shape and you'll probably want to keep them. This also already has good looking wood-laminate flooring in at least one of the bedrooms. Aside from all that, this will need paint, some flooring, new fixtures, granite, and possibly a new dishwasher/range. This the kind of rehab you could sub out yourself and save on contracting costs. This house is also in the sought after Birdville ISD of Watauga. Average days on market are roughly one week here for fully updated comps. There's about a half dozen fully updated comps here that went for no less than $114-$130/sqft.
