Hello everyone hope everybody is having an amazing week because I am making the best of mine. Well earlier this week I posted that I am about to begin in my wholesaling journey and that is still accurate, but my ultimate goal in real estate investing is to own income properties and live off my rentals. I currently live in California but I am interested in buying in another state where it is cheaper does anyone agree with me that this is a good idea and what recomendations and suggestions do you folks have? I will appreciate feedback. Have a blessed week everyone!

@GautamVenkatesan yes I have that service and it has worked out great for me to seperate the type of calls that come into my phone also to not give out my personal cell phone number just to anyone. @Jared Anderson I guess to start looking into Galaxy Note and start getting familiar with. I have come to realize that it is essential to have a good phone especially one that can hold important content for you.

Hello everyone. My phone plan is about to expire. Does any one have any suggestions of what is a good phone to have as an investor that is good for storing data and sending emails fast on the go? Also is there a certain phone service company that offers a good economical service for small business companies?
