 Maybe  it is a stupid question but how do you fix Experienced broker? It is easy to find a broker in the is but how do you know if he is good.

Just curious about the cold calling. If you do not know the owner's phone number, do you call the park?

@Account Closed thank you very much for the advice. I continue to look for selling financing deals. At this moment everything I found are not seller financing deals.

@Chad K. The cheapest handyman special I bought is $1 and the most expensive is $1500. Now, it is $500 maximum plus free or discounted lot rent.

As others already said, you should be carefull with seller financing and new laws.

How much does it cost? Is the seller motivated?
