What CRM software do you use for mobile home park deals? Can you please explain why do you like it or not?

At this moment, I use a spreadsheet and try to track as best as I can direct mail campaigns, returned mail, calls, follow up calls and etc. However, It time-consuming.

I know many people on BP use Podio.

@Brenda Snyder congratulation. Do you plan to flip this mobile home? Do you want to live there? What is your strategy? How long will it take to renovate it? What is the renovation coast? What is the mobile home year? How much is the lot rent?

The hardest part in mobile home flipping is to sell a mobile home for cash.

Wow, this is the very important point "Cure Period". I remember Frank talk about it during the boot camp but I forget it. Thank you very much for information @Account Closed

@Curt Smith I attended the boot camp last year. Do you recommend to use their contract?

@Account Closed thank you very much for the detailed response.

here couple questions: "what do you mean by "You might want to also address any potential release provisions on the front end ( say if you are selling a house from the parcel)." Is there a way the park owner can stop me doing that?

What is a cure period? (maybe it is a basic term but I do not know it)
