Sorry Joshua, so used to just talking baout our company that I didn't even realize I was in "marketing mode".
I myself started out as a mortgage broker prior to the credit debacle. During that time I owned my own mortgage company, I specialized in investment lending. During that time I also used the experieince I had gained from growing up with a dad in construction to begin "flipping" a few homes.
I guess you could say I have "run the gamut" of the investment business from lending to buying and selling.
I enjoy talking to others in other parts of the country about trends. Seems as though this business is changin daily however the basics stay the same, buy right, hold, gain wealth.
