What’s the likelihood of your soloK being audited? In what circumstances it would raise the red flag even though you do nothing wrong?

@Karen O. So you do know how much the the program cost. 50k to build a successful real estate company I would do it in a heartbeat if I have time to devote to real estate. I’m considering to buy properties from Martel Turnkey that’s why I end up in this thread. Passive is all the time I can afford now.

@Karen O.Are you assuming or knowing only a few FB succeeded? If you don't know how much it costs for the program then how do you determine the level of success -- big or small?

I read many articles here and on other forums regarding LLC and Series LLC and its liabilities protections. Many have advised newbies to use unique names to stay anonymous, but if you have a website for that "unique" LLC, a quick search will reveal who owns the domain name. Any advice on that? Thank you.
