I live in Gary and just started my own company A&R Property Preservation. I would be interested in working with you or at least giving you information about my knowledge of the area. Most people think Gary is full of crime but I don't even lock my doors at night. Let me know if I could be of service and good luck!

Hi all! I'm so happy to meet everyone, this site is really amazing! I've dabbled in RE for around 10 years now but I've only purchased one home which is being used as my primary residence. I've been a licensed agent in Illinois but I decided to change my career focus after the market crashed. I'm really good at finding deals and I've helped a few people here and there throughout the years but I'm ready to join the investing side of RE for myself. I plan to start with wholesaling and hope to learn from everyone.
