@Thomas Harari unfortunately not but my situation is unique my property needs work - even tho before we moved forward with new PM we asked them to walk the property and confirm they can take on the project. They said yes and now saying they can’t. You might have better luck if your property is in good condition.

Hi 👋 I have a Duplex in River Rouge that we purchased to rehab - rent out however it’s been a real challenge from afar. We’ve done a few things but needs rehab. Basement has a leak and needs to be brought up to code. We can no longer handle this and our jobs. If anyone interested in more details let me know. We are looking to sell it.

I'm very excited but extremely nervous! I'm under contract for an STR in Pensacola Florida my first STR I live in Miami and I'd like to try to self manage I don't know the area well but the numbers work so any recommendation for local cleaning companies or people, Handymen etc would be greatly appreciated. Any advice at all is welcome. I am a rookie! Thank you in advance.

@Mike D'Arrigo yes already closed. The amount I paid included the rehab and contract stipulates within 2 months. The property is still not even close to being rent ready.

@Lien Vuong thanks but we closed on the property and fully paid. As per contract they should have provided me the property rehabbed within 2 months. It’s now over a year.
