So now I'm sitting on owning an empty lot and still making loan payments. There is no way I can build this and come out overall profitable. Costs are too high and I'm into this for over 100K.
I have feelers out for someone who might accept my lot as participation for an equity agreement in a new build. If you know anyone, let me know!
Or you can build, and keep it for rental until you make your money back on what you have spent up to date and then sale for profit.

Hello everyone, I should have jumped on here to see this about Blacktip.
I had a project that I started on which their Subs went onto my project and destroyed what I had. I spoke with them directly and they didn’t want to take ownership of it. My only reply was that Karma will get you.
When i started my project, Their project was right next door and Flying the trusses. I finished mine and their project is still stuck at the phase with a bunch of garbage in the front.
If anyone on here would like to finish their project, I am a contractor working over there. I have finished a few projects already and ready to take on more projects.

I don’t know how I haven’t seen this post.
I’m a contractor and also building at Cape Coral for investors. All of my permits have been approved within +\- 30 Days. I started the first one in January and going to request C/O next week. I have another 5 that I’m working.
The longest delay is the floor plans.

Pricing is about right, depends all on the Floor plans you select. My projects costs more in Miami-Dade and Broward County then the rest of the places that I do New constructions

Hello everyone, I am a contractor and this is the first time I run into this issue, so I am a little clueless with this. Does anyone know how to Rezone a Lot to SFR Residential in Riviera Beach, FL, right now is zone for TownHomes and I want to rezone it to be able to build a Single Family Home.
