Hmmm you might be on to something but what would the purpose of the association serve?
Just curious what's the process like when buying and selling bulk Reo's is it as simple as wholesaling essentially as far as the concept goes?

I'm with @Dennis Rodriguez I think this is the deal of all deals, and as far as the $200k I don't think he would have offered it if he didn't wanna pay it. I think that's pretty fair. Let us know howit turns out I love to hear people win :-)

Congrats it's always good to hear success stories
the agents represent the home owner, but if you're trying to wholesale a REO or foreclosure then you'll deal with a agent that reps a bank
