I'm a wholesaler and I'm wondering If a RE agent is helping me with a deal should I be splitting the profit of the deal with them or will they get there 6% from the end buyer

In my area there are alot of bankruptcy homes so I want to begin to wholesale them I'm just a little curious, as to how should I approach this? Should I just contact the owner tell em since there gonna lose the home anyway mine aswell get some cash for it and get them to sign it over so I can flip it ? I'm asking for any insight but regardless I'm gonna push through I'll fail my way to success if that's what it takes

@James Peoples I just went a head and opened a llc I'll more than likely get a accountant come tax time, that's what another wholesaler advised me on

Does the seller still have a say so in selling the home or is up to the bank??

Thank you @Ned Carey & @Landon H. I was really stuck on finding buyers but I found 5 at a REIA meeting I went to tonight, I'm gonna keep pushing forward

Starting out wholesaling I'm wondering how important it really is that I find a mentor. The coaching programs that are available aren't afforable when you're just starting out but I'm sure they are worth it if you have the money. So what I am asking is if I can't find a mentor because I have nothing to offer them in return should I plan on failing my way to success? If that is the case I'm ok with that. I would like the opinion of a few people that started out wholesaling or anyone that can relate. Thank You
