I'm a new wholesaler and I have a seller who has 4 properties in SC and has two lots (14 & 12) acres she wants to sell. How would I go about structuring this deal
Are there any wholesalers still flipping REO's in today's market?

Hey @Cameron Ellis
I've been asking these same questions as well. I'm trying to do the samething
-Not sure what you mean by what type of properties
-After your offer is accepted you get 45 days to close
-You're gonna need transactional funding
-I believe you can back out but you will lose you earnest money desposit, some companies will only give you funding based on you already having a end buyer
-And yes I also read you have to do a double closing
@Jeffrey Mark oh yea on that reo deal right. I have a question, I'll message you
@Jeffrey Mark @Account Closed Hey what's up fellas. I'm a wholesaler in pg county. Lets exchange info I'm always up for a JV or just network within the area

What are some of the sites that everyone is using to find the background info when you find a vacant home?
@Matt M. Haha you're, starting out I definitely don't have anything near that amount laying around. Thanks

I do understand what you mean by changing people's perception of wholesalers but trying to start a Asscoiation to be the Liaison between both parties I think is unecessary, because that comes with more rules and regulation. And I'm pretty sure everyone likes the way things are now from a general stand point. I mean I'm sure there are little pet peeves that no one likes in there state/city but if it isn't broke don't fix it
