My partner and I are LPs in a real estate Fund in northern Texas. 

After locating the firm's Central Index Key (CIK) number on NASAAEFD, we observed they filed (2019) only once, but under the name of the Fund, not the law firm. 

We do not see amendments or new filings for their subsequent raises. 

Might the new filings be under a different legal entity? 

What is the best way to probe the issue of validating the Fund which has no Admin or Auditor?

Which realtor (i.e. buy, sell, etc.) will most likely request the document? 

Some forums suggest requesting a POF Letter from a hard money lender but would you need an prior relationship for them to remit the letter?
