Hey Jake. The answer to your question is highly dependent on how many other projects your GC is working on at the same time. One of my clients that does heavy rehab and is his own GC usually spends about $10k-$20k/month during a project. So, if the total rehab is going to cost $50k, it usually takes him 2-3 months to complete. Just one opinion, but happy to answer any questions.
