Tim, Listen and learn. I reach out to multiple different agents contractors and investors as I was getting started. I knew I was going to do buy and holds but these people helped me refine my goals and approach. I learned as much as I could and then jumped right in. I made mistakes and still do. I learn from them every time. I found the BP SFH rental analysis tool to be extremely helpful. Good luck.

Rodney, I have a chalkboard decorated to my wife's liking in our kitchen. The chalkboard has 1 daily real estate related task for everyday of the week on one side and month by month goals on the other side. I update it weekly. This is something I started a few months ago and it had kept me going.

Benjamin, I am just closing a deal with fairway mortgage on my second buy and hold investment property. We sat down and went over tons of options. they have 30 year options with less than 20 percent down. I personal like shorter term loans and low interest rates. So I did a 15 year with 25% down. Shop around and talked to as many lenders as you can. I shopped around on this deal and fairway match the lowest rate I found. I'll end with this continue to educate yourself on topic. Get to a point where you understand and jump in. Good luck!
