Hello to the great BP community. 

Question - Would an individual be able to acquire a 3 family home in Central Massachusetts via FHA, occupying 1 unit as primary residence, renting the remaining 2, while working Monday-Friday in NYC, staying at a family member's apartment throughout the work week?

Eventual plans may be to acquire a new position closer to the new home (or work remotely with the current NYC job since it is in IT) -- but current work projects require the individual to be present at the office for at least the next 10 months. 

Just to piggy back... Is it possible to acquire the first with MassHousing and a Second with FHA?

Hey BP community! I've been following BP for quite a few years now... Great to see how much this community has grown!

I am an IT professional in NYC. Growing up, family business was in construction, all types. Spend most current my days between NYC and eastern Long Island. 

I am in the process of consistently analyzing deals in the Worcester MA area. Come 2019, I plan to relocate there. I've been visiting the area for 8 years and counting and have befriended many people throughout the community. Anyways, for those in the area... I plan to obtain my share of "triple decker decadence" :)

I'd like to get acquainted with anyone who can offer advice or interested in connecting with a new investor to the Worcester area, particularly a good local GC and Prop. Mgr. I am looking forward to playing a role in making the Woo community a great one.

I see this is an old post (and it has been a while since I have been on BP), but did you find any luck with these suggestions? 

I, too, would like to find a PM in Worcester MA. 

The only one I know is Doug Cutler of Cutler Management, but he no longer takes on residential. Thx
