Ravi will be giving us some tips and tricks on how to mitigate pest problems, what solutions work and what do not, and give us an expert advice during the Q&A session.

This month is a great networking opportunity with the area best and most seasoned investors! We are honored to co-host this meetup with SAPOA- get the latest about Salisbury's landlord/tenant items.... and most importantly connect with investors who shaped this area!

We are excited to be able to offer an amazing opportunity for this monthly meet up! 

We reached out to SAPOA - Salisbury Area Property Owners Association - and they have agreed to join with us for this meeting. This group has some true powerhouse investors, with major portfolios and many years of experience. This is an opportunity to interact and make connections with the investors that have shaped our area. SAPOA is excited to be meeting some of the newer real estate investors, and we want to make sure we take full advantage of this by showing up eager to meet and connect!! If you invest on the Eastern Shore then make sure you are there! Prioritize this meeting and come and hang out with other real estate minded people on the Eastern Shore. Bring questions and a willingness to learn! This is an open invite! Please feel free to bring spouses/significant others and also invite other friends that are interested or in the business! To summarize a little about SAPOA and some of the impact they have had in the Salisbury area for investors:

SAPOA was organized in 1983. It was created to address growing concerns in our area. During that time Salisbury was facing increasing problems in residential neighborhoods which were detrimental to all property owners, and in response this this legislation adverse to rental property owners was being proposed by the City of Salisbury. This was in response to a lack of organization by rental owners to solve genuine problems that existed at the time. Property owners mostly went their own way and did their own thing without consideration of how their property impacted the whole neighborhood. 

Since that time SAPOA has helped develop standardized leases and screening, been involved in beautification efforts for the city, been actively involved in decreasing crime in neighborhoods and increasing safety, members have donated homes and land to be used by Habitat for humanity and Salisbury Neighborhood housing, and worked with the state to create user friendly lead paint laws. SAPOA is incredibly active in keeping on top of local and state legislation, and they constantly advocate for Real Estate investors.

Ryan has worked with many investors and was able to coordinate the funding for variety of real estate projects. Bring on your questions!
