We will discuss variety of mortgage solutions tailored to fit the needs of real estate investors or a homeowners who needs to refinance a mortgage.
Shawn will discuss about all of the loan products CMG provides including conventional loans, FHA home loans, VA home loans, and home improvement loans.
We will also focus on construction loans for investment properties.

This meetup will take on the Delmarva peninsula - Salisbury MD. If you invest in Delaware, Ocean city MD, Cambridge MD, or Easton MD areas, this meeting can help you to connect with different investors from across the Delmarva!

This month we are very excited to have a very special speaker- Debra Hall with Debra W Hall inspections, Inc. With over 22 years of experience in the lead-based paint field and with an MDE Risk Assessor License- Debra can positively answer all your questions about lead paint and mitigation strategies! She has worked with a variety of clients, including government agencies, landlords, contractors, realtors, and homeowners. Her company provides various services related to lead-based paint hazards in compliance with MDE standards and the HUD Guidelines for the Evaluation and Control of Lead-Based Paint Hazards in Housing. The services include risk assessments, lead clearance testing, lead-based paint surveys, hazard screens, lead-free certifications, visual inspections, and dust wipe testing. Debra has recently purchased the newest and most advanced lead paint handheld analyzer on the market, the SciAps 550 PB, and is willing to provide a demonstration of the analyzer and discuss the differences between Federal and State of MD lead paint laws.
