Did not apply on the first round, I think there was another bill passed. Anyone knows if more funds will become available thru this program?

Update - my understanding is that the proposed law was withdrawn. I think there was enough push back to stop it from going through this time. 

Hi my husband and I (Erin) are new investors on the Eastern Shore area. As a woman, it is great to see an organization that supports other women in investing. It is a little bit of a hike from our area of the shore but will try to make it. I am interested in also knowing what everyones take is on the new law MD is trying to pass - HB1199. It looks like they're trying to initiate county landlord licensing and restrictive regulations on rental units allowed in a county by any one individual. They are having a hearing on March 3rd, next week. Has anyone heard about this and if so what are your thoughts?
