I have a buyer who is going to make me a cash offer tomorrow on another investors property that he has under contract.
How can I go about selling this property to my end buyer without having to first pay the investor to assign me the contract?
Thanks in Advance!

Can someone please point me in the direction to find pre-foreclosures? I know some sites have them but I've heard they can be out dated?
Thanks in advance

Is it legal to list someone's home with an agent when I have the home under an option contract? Since I have an equitable interest I suppose I can, but then again, the property is not mine..
Thanks

Isn't buying at 70 cents on the dollar 30% equity?

Generally Investors look to get deals at no more than 70 cents on the dollar.
Typically most investors are more concerned with equity rather than getting a cheap home. A home selling for $500,000 that is worth $800,000 is a great deal even though it's pricey.

How many serious/frequent buyers does it take to establish a decent sized list and begin to look for deals?
Thanks.
