I am interested in purchasing a duplex in Miami. My situation is as follows:

My previous deals have been all cash but now I would like to finance my next deal.

I have a short sale that closed early 2012. My credit score is great. I have no debt, but because of the short sale will I be able to finance ? What what are my options ?

Appreciate any ideas .

Best advice would be to look at schools .Find out where the good school are. also look at crime rate. Stick to low crime rate.  Overall B, and A  areas.
