Any tips on the best areas for units as rentals and cashflow? Hi, just bought something in Tn but I’m hearing Ohio has great cashflow. I have a friend that bought 10 units in Dayton and a client that has property in Oxford. I hear closer to Cleveland is good too. Does anyone have any tips for a decent area with good cashflow and decent tenants? I would need a good realtor in the area and property management as well.
Hey guys. Have you all met up yet? I’d love to join in.
Hi. I invest in LB. I’m looking for some local meet ups too. Did you guys find anything?

Hi, I need to put some laminate in a couple of my units. I have a guy that does a good job for $4 dollars a square foot and another one for $3.50 a square foot. That's the labor and product. I was just wondering if anybody had anything better or they thought this was a really good price. Please let me know. Alex
I have a duplex in Long Beach. It's done great for me. Like you said it's still affordable. It's a big city with lots of different areas so it's good to be familiar with where to look. I work with a lot of good realtors out here. They are a lot of new businesses going in and I think a lot of gentrification. Personally I like Long Beach for rentals.
